SKV kulmbach with 1577 and SKV coburg stadt with 1531 played themselves on rank 3, in whose rows a female bowler with 76 years still beat herself quite respectably.
In the senior A category, SKV bayreuth took the lead right from the start, and the following starters always defended it. It was not enough for bamberg that juergen zimmer with 471 skittles achieved the best result in this division. It was only in the last round that things got exciting again, when friedel peter (bamberg) caught up against gunther petersilie from bayreuth. At the end the bamberger (2642) stayed behind bayreuth (2678). 3rd place went to SKV kulmbach (2498), which fought a duel with SKV coburg stadt (2474) throughout the competition and was ahead due to the 464 skittles of gottfried kern. On place 5 came the KV coburg land with 2403 skittles.
The first team of each division will represent the district of upper franconia at the bavarian championships on 5 and 6 june. May represented in munich.

Senior cup match in kronach
